Ich habe knappe 5 Monate mit EUROOMS in London verbracht und bin vollkommen zufrieden! I have been in the UK for 10 years now and over the years I have lived in 15 different houses. I must say that Eurooms has been one of the most outstanding agency I have ever been with. Whenever there is any problem in the house, they send their own handy man to fix it immediately. I had an incident when I could not open my door and I made the emergency call and within 20 minit's the handy man came and fixed the door. Although there was a bit of confusion in the beginning after my room was changed at the last minute to a house nearby, what followed more than made up for that little hassle. Communications with the EURooms team went smooth and all my questions were answered swiftly and clearly. The few problems that I had (window not shutting right, for example) were also solved very quickly. I was able to spend my time in London focusing on my internship and doing a bit of sightseeing instead of having to deal with accommodation problems, (which, as I heard from other people happens quite often). Summed up: 5 stars from me. ;)
